Student, entrepreneur, and builder. Co-founding real-world asset tokenization at STRAN while studying at HSG. Deploying smart contracts, publishing research, building AI-powered legal tech, and founding the HSG Digital Finance Club.
I'm Robin G. Lefebvre, 19 years old, born in Belgium and based in Zurich with a Swiss C permit, on track for Swiss citizenship in 2027. I'm currently studying at HSG (University of St. Gallen) while co-founding STRAN, a real-world asset tokenization firm, alongside Schady Saeb, a Board Member and Managing Director at UBS. Our flagship project is the CHF 20M tokenized acquisition of the Splendid Hotel in Montreux — structured through a proprietary blockchain-native ownership model.
I have deployed production smart contracts across multiple standards: ERC-20, ERC-3643 (the institutional-grade security token standard), and a permissioned Hedera token with on-chain profit distribution for RWA tokenization. I authored "Tokenized Real Estate in Switzerland: A Lex Koller Compliance Framework", a legal-technical paper bridging Swiss property law with blockchain infrastructure, published in 2025.
I move fast between ideas and execution — writing Solidity, building AI-powered financial tools, structuring CHF 20M deals, or shipping product prototypes. I care about building things that work in the real world, at the intersection of law, finance, and code.
Co-founding a blockchain-native firm for real-world asset tokenization alongside Schady Saeb, Board Member and Managing Director at UBS. Leading the CHF 20M tokenized acquisition of the Splendid Hotel in Montreux through a proprietary token and ownership model. Deployed ERC-20, ERC-3643, and permissioned Hedera tokens with on-chain profit distribution. End-to-end involvement across deal structuring, smart contract architecture, legal compliance, investor relations, and product development.
Customer-facing role in a fast-paced café environment. Developed discipline, service standards, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
Worked directly in the office of CEO Reggy Vermeulen at one of the region's most strategically significant deep-water ports. Gained exposure to large-scale infrastructure operations, executive decision-making, and geopolitical logistics in the Gulf of Oman.
A CHF 20 million tokenized acquisition of the Splendid Hotel in Montreux, Switzerland. Co-founded with Schady Saeb, Board Member and Managing Director at UBS. STRAN is building the full stack: token infrastructure, legal structure, and investor framework to make fractional ownership of prime Swiss real estate accessible on-chain. Currently in active deal phase.
Deployed a fully compliant ERC-3643 (T-REX) security token — the institutional-grade standard for permissioned, on-chain securities. Implements identity-bound ownership, on-chain compliance checks, and transfer restrictions aligned with KYC/AML requirements. Designed for STRAN's tokenized real estate investor base.
Built and deployed a permissioned token on the Hedera Token Service with built-in on-chain profit distribution mechanics. Allows fractional real estate holders to receive yield directly to their wallets proportional to their stake — replicating traditional property income distribution natively on-chain. Designed as a production-grade infrastructure layer for STRAN.
A legal-technical research paper bridging Swiss property law with blockchain-native real estate ownership. Analyses how the Lex Koller acquisition restrictions apply to tokenized real estate structures, and proposes a compliant framework for foreign investor participation in Swiss on-chain property markets. Published 2025.
A Python tool that automatically builds Discounted Cash Flow models for target companies including ABB, Nestlé, Roche, Palantir, and NVIDIA using the Yahoo Finance API. Generates basic trading signals based on intrinsic value vs. current price. Built for private equity screening and personal investment research.
An AI-powered compliance analysis tool for Swiss real estate tokenization, built directly on top of the Lex Koller Compliance Framework paper. Accepts deal parameters — property type, canton, token standard, investor domicile, legal vehicle — and produces a full structured report: compliance score (0–100), risk flags, structuring recommendations, Lex Koller assessment, FINMA token classification, tokenization pathway, and an executive memo. Powered by GPT-4o with a hardcoded expert system prompt encoding Swiss property law and DLT Act regulations. Deployed as a password-protected module inside the STRAN platform.
Founding the HSG Digital Finance Club at the University of St. Gallen — a student organisation at the intersection of real-world asset tokenization, digital securities, and modern financial infrastructure. Structured around three tracks — Legal/Compliance, Tech, and Finance — to develop talent across disciplines. Partners with HSG faculty in FinTech and financial law. Hosts industry speaker events, case competitions, and applied research in RWA tokenization. Serves as a direct talent pipeline for STRAN.
